The Younger Daughter sent me some Danish Viking-Smoked Salt for Father's Day. It has a wonderfully intense smoky flavor, so little salt is needed for full flavor. Highly recommended. I think it would be superb on the quick & easy steak.

Even then, though, she had lots of spirit. Once she was sitting on the carpet, and the other cat, Louise, had the innovative idea of trying to sneak up on her from the front. So Louise approached slowly, in a sneaky fashion, while Sophie watched attentively. Then, when Louise got close, Sophie suddenly turned into whappity kitty, and Louise went running.
