Report from the US Go Congress
This is The Wife, posting an update called in by LG at the US Go Congress. There are pictures and news updated daily at usgo.org. As near as I can tell, the most exciting event so far has been a laptop explosion. This afternoon LG played an 8-year-old 9-kyu Japanese kid who gave him a 3-stone handicap and still kicked his ass. Then LG played the kid’s little 6-year-old sister and won, but just barely.
You may be distressed to know that the chosen shaving bowl broke en route, but LG insists on telling me that he’s been getting good shaves nonetheless.
