Garlic problem
Sometimes you get a head of garlic and pop off a nice-sized clove of garlic only to discover that it’s made of a couple of dozen nano-cloves. Highly annoying. I just throw those away as too small to bother with.

Nope—followed the recipe at the link exactly. I’ve had a taste now. The breast is wonderfully moist, the drumstick fully done (and tasty), the wing was good, the garlic is scrumptious, and the juice is to die for. I’m going to roast a potato to receive a good serving of that juice.
This was my first experience with one of the roasting bags. Not bad at all. The skin was not the glorious crisp skin of the traditionally roasted chicken, but it wasn’t bad. It was brownish and clearly cooked.
