Klar Kabinette
Today I used Klar Kabinette again, using it like Goliath’s shave stick, sort of fun. Once again a fine, thick lather, thanks in part to the Rooney and Monterey’s relatively soft water. Then three passes with the English Gillette open-comb Aristocrat: smoothness itself, thanks to the Swedish Gillette blade. A splash of 4711 and I’m good to go.
More Roma tomatoes today, for sure.

Although I am thinking you never do, perhaps milling the Kabinett might make it easier, thats the only way I thought it should be used after watching Oskar of Schwarzweisskamerik, the scuttle maker, show in a video how he used it. . I read somewhere that the long rectangular slabs of shaving soap is the really old way of selling it. That would match the Klar theme of selling the classic old time products I imagine.

I probably won’t mill it, but I plan to cut off a section and put it into a mug, which should work fine. It’s a nice shaving soap.
