In that case throw it in a blender with some fresh frozen fruits or some orange juice and make a smoothie.

I’m sure my πατριώτη would agree with me here;
whenever someone uses sour cream instead of yogurt, it’s for reasons we don’t care for, such as cost savings.
The best tzatziki I ever had in my life was not my mother’s it was Tony’s, of Opa! Souvlaki in Astoria.
It was obscenely good; my mother would skimp on the garlic and the oil so as not to offend the sensitivities of the non Greeks; mistake!
I asked him how to make it and just like my mother would have, he gave me some vague non answer that began with “Well, first of all, we make our own yogurt…”
