No more Palin blogging

with 4 comments

I’m not going to blog more about Palin because it’s the same story repeated endlessly: ignorance, lying, and inflated self-esteem (she’s been referring to McCain as her “running mate”). Although McCain called her a world-class energy expert, she seems to know little about it. Although she promised to cooperate with the bi-partisan Troopergate investigation, she’s working with the McCain campaign to stall that investigation until after the Election, if not shut it down completely. Her husband is, in the time-honored GOP/Bush fashion, ignoring the subpoena to testify. She continues to repeat lies (including “Thanks, but no, thanks, to the Bridge from Nowhere”) long after they’re exposed as lies.

In a word, she’s not worth the attention she gets.

  1. I agree with you completely, but if we just stop talking about it, she might simply walk into the White House without any opposition. I, for one, can’t stop talking about it/her simply because I want people to know where I stand–against the lies, madness, and betrayal.

I do respect your decision, though. Good luck.

  2. Yeah, it’s easy to decide but will be hard to stick to it as she becomes more outrageous. I’ll see if I can.

  3. Looks like you lasted about 14 minutes?
I’ll not stop talking about her. She is batsh*t crazy and shouldn’t be allowed east of Denver. No offense to my western dwelling readers. Just don’t want her near DC.

  4. I also completely agree. Earlier today I considered whether she might be a deliberate decoy tactic by the GOP.
