  1. what’s utterly unbelievable is that McCain already KNOWS just how little of the federal budget goes to earmarking. Compare to war spending. Better yet, go through some of the GAO’s recent releases and you’ll see we could probably save close to the same amount if we just stopped with the NO-BID contracts…

    This chart, though, is factual and based in real statistics. As such it is part of “the real issues”. And as such, it will have little to no effect on how the facto-phobes are gonna vote.

    Unfortunately, that’s a huge chunk of the American Populace.
