Also, I do my workout seated. Sometimes with the chair reclined.

My workout involves headphones, movies, and books.

  1. 1 minute 59 seconds? You could do that — easy! And so much quicker than those 25 minute walks. You might need a couple of days to work up to it, though. Start by doing the routine at half-speed: 4 minutes.
