  3. It is my belief and my Chemists as well that if you lose a Kg a week (2.2 lb) then that is a very healthy and realistic goal so as not to get dissuaded by those marketing claims “lose 10 Lb in ten days” ! that are destined to have one put it all back on…

  4. Keep up the good work! I find that the more exercising I do in the garden and yard, the better I feel. Walking will add to your loss and enjoyment thereof. I say this from the vantage point of 25 pounds lost, not to brag. (O hell yes I am!) Now that tomato sandwich season is here, though, I face a real challenge. Six per day is my preferred rate, but I need to find a bread alternative that I like.
