Busy morning

I leave soon to meet with trainer, then to the diet counselor for a weigh-in (I’ve lost, I believe), and then to Whole Foods for the new bunch of salad stuff: Romaine, red leaf lettuce, radicchio, and cilantro, and to wash, tear up, spin-dry, and toss into my refrigerator container.

  1. Good stuff …! I forgot to mention that taking the fresh Nopalitos (despined and babies) in a blender with other products or just saute or grilled with a dash of lemon are really good as well… you could probably get them in a supermarket where you are …it would be in the less higher end supermarkets in a Mexican type neighborhood, I know that Vallarta and Food for less carries fresh Nopalitos.

  2. You mention flexibility issues, I am sending you a one liter bottle of our Nopal Red Fruit Juice concentrate that is desired by many in the Yoga area as it has properties that greatly improve flexibility.
