Weight-loss projection
I started this regimen on 6/7/2010, 20.86 weeks ago, and I’ve lost to date 32 lbs. That comes out to just over 1.5 lbs/week. Assuming that the best predictor of future behavior is past performance, I would guess that the 4 months (17.14 weeks) to come I’ll lose 26 lbs, more or less. That would be 192 lbs, 17 lbs short of goal. That won’t be too bad, and of course I might lose more than 1.5 lbs in some weeks.
A friend of mine once observed how losing weight was different than trying to grow out your hair: you look better the whole way done (no blicky “have to put up with it” middle stage). And it doesn’t matter when you reach your goal — just that you ultimately reach it and keep it off. It sounds like you are doing it right.

Congratulations! Seeing change is always good. How much change are you noticing in your clothes? That is the “in-your-face” proof I need/appreciate.

Change in clothes: I already had to buy new pants and shirts because the old ones were way too big. 🙂
