This is for you. Holds 3 Ventis (almost half a gallon: it holds 61 oz, half a gallon is 64). And read how well it insulates. You could stop by Starbucks for a fill-up and have coffee for most of the morning…

  1. I go for 2 or 3 of coffee a day. The only exception is if I have been directed to abstain from coffee prior to a medical exam.

  2. My wife is a coffee-a-day person, but I stick with tea and mostly iced white tea. I got a small tea cake recently, aged 11 years, and it is as hard as a rock—it’s the first time I really had to use (and was glad to have) my tea knife, which is a kind of flattened awl. I hesitated in buying it, but then thought it would be better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. (As is true of so many things.)

At any rate, I chipped off enough for a pot. It was very small grain, as it were. The first pot was really excellent, and using the leaves to make a second pot, it was still excellent. The third pot is light but refreshing.
